Shipping Policy
All ready to ship orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

At this time all orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept full refunds at this time. Due to the nature of handmade, small business we can only accept items for exchange. Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with tags within 10 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be deemed in it's original condition before an exchange can be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days
for the item to be received and processed. To initiate an exchange, please send an
email to sarah@knittinginthewild.com with the Subject: Exchange and I will
respond as quickly as possible.
