Have you wanted to spend more time outdoors in the woods but aren't quite sure where to start? Do you enjoy learning new things? Are you creative or would you like to be? If you answered yes to any of these questions Knitting In The Wild's Camp & Create is the place for you.
Set in Wild River State Park in Center City, Minnesota Camp & Create weekends are small groups of people getting together to enjoy good company, great food and make pretty things. With a campy vibes but no tents, Camp & Create has been designed to provide the space in order for you to get outdoors, enjoy nature, feed your creativity, and maybe ignite a new passion.
Currently Camp & Create weekends are usually opened about 120 days before camp. These are not at giant retreat centers and as such they are more of a pop up retreat. So check back often and fill out the form below to get on our email list so you can be the first to hear about new weekends.
CAMP & CREATE WEEKEND - SPRING - 2025
Dates: FRIDAY, MAY 30 - SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025
Single Occupancy - $500
Double Occupancy - $375
Add-on Day Thursday, May 29, 2025: $100
EARLYBIRD RESISTRATION AVAILABLE BEFORE MARCH 10, 2025: $350
Maximum of 10 campers. Once registered you will be sent detailed information and a list of what items you should bring to camp in a series of emails over the course of the next few weeks.
Camp fee includes:

Single or double occupancy camper cabin at Wild River State Park (see here for more infomration on cabins)

Two dinners and two breakfasts (the hubs is a chef and he always makes sure the food at camp is top notch!)

Supplies to make nine natural dyed and printed patches that can be used in quilts, embroidery, framed, the possibilites are endless!

Minimum of 6 campers. Our crafting is done outside. We supply canopies and we have one camper cabin set aside for us to congregate in if the weather isn't cooperating. In the unlikely case that we cancel the retreat due to too few participants or severe weather, a full refund will be given.
